Catherine Lynch (GAICD, LLM, LLB, BA) is an experienced Non-Executive Director and senior legal executive with more than 20 years’ experience across the technology, financial services, logistics, FMCG and telecommunications sectors.

She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Fiducian Financial Services and as Senior Legal Counsel at PEXA. Catherine has held senior commercial, governance and legal roles with ANZ Banking Group, Toll Group, PMI and Connetico in Australia and the UK.

Catherine brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, legal and risk management, coupled with strong commercial and operational insight. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
