Kenneth Hall was an electrician who founded Kalgoorlie Power Systems in 1981. KPS was subsequently sold to ASX-listed Pacific Energy in 2009. Mr Hall has been involved in the mining industry for over 50 years, and the contract power generation business for more than 30 years.
